Hello, I’m Helen, an integrative psychotherapist based in South London. I offer counselling and therapy for anxiety, low self-worth and relationship difficulties, working with clients in Beckenham and online across the UK.
Sometimes what you’re going through may not fit neatly into one of these areas. Therapy can offer a space to explore your experience with curiosity, care and understanding.
Alongside this, I am a registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and work in accordance with their ethical frameworks.

How I work
In our work together, we would explore how your current difficulties may be shaped by earlier relationships and life experiences.
I work relationally, psychodynamically and somatically. In practice, this means we might pay attention to:
patterns in relationships and emotional responses
how past experiences shape present difficulties
how emotions are experienced in the body
what happens in the therapeutic relationship itself
Rather than focusing on quick fixes, therapy offers a space for deeper understanding, emotional processing, and gradual change.
Sessions are paced according to what feels manageable for you, with space for reflection, curiosity and support.
Location
